About Us

Our team is Stephen Yarnold, Director/Accountant, Paula Brazier and 2 Administration Clerks, Daniela Hollis & Leanne O’Mara.
The practice was established in 1979 by Nick Preo & became Gloucester Tax & Accounting on Nick’s retirement in December 2015.

Steve commenced accounting later in life and gained his accounting qualifications in 2005 and his CPA in 2011. Most of his accounting experience was gained in Taree. He commenced work with Nick Preo in June 2015.
Leanne commenced work with Gloucester Tax & Accounting in 2018 and is here 1 day a week and when Daniela is on leave. Leanne’s previous experience is an asset to the business as well as her friendly support to the office and clients.

Paula commenced work here in June 2024 & her extensive experience and knowledge is utilised in processing client information & returns

Daniela commenced work here in may 2025 and is our main admin clerk. Daniela has great admin experience, is friendly & helpful and is adapting her skills to an accounting office.
